To other autistic people, how do you feel when people shout at you? (Even if it’s not angrily)

I can’t cope at all when people shout at me. I used to get shouted at a lot when I was younger so now it affects me more because it reminds me of those bad memories.

I hate being shouted at.. and shouting in general. like.. I get hella anxiety and start to shake if there are people around me yelling, even if it’s not at me. or like, serious conversations.
